Dr. Rodney was honored to be recognized as the first acupuncturist ever selected as a Hero in Medicine by the Palm Beach County Medical Society for his 7 years of Complementary Therapies volunteer work with Hospice by the Sea in Boca Raton.

This prestigious award honors individuals and organizations throughout Palm Beach County that use their skills and their resources in the field of health care providing outstanding services in the local, national and global community.

Dr. Rodney was further honored to be a Judge and on the Host Committee every year from 2015 through 2018 for the Heroes in Medicine Awards and was an award presenter in 2017.
